Cancellation Policy Dubai Boat Charter

Changes to reservation are subject to availability | additional charges may apply.

Trip Cancellation:

1. All deposits placed for booking are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation anytime before 72 hours of the trip start time gets an 80% refund.
3. Cancellation within 72 hours before the trip starting time, there is no refund option.

Trip Time & Date Reschedule:

1. The customer has the right to change the date and time once 72 hours before the trip starting time (day and time are subject to availability).
2. Trip Reschedule within 72 hours of the trip start time is subject to availability and the customer’s request. If the reschedule is not possible, cancellation policy terms will apply.

No Show & Missed Trips:

1. If you do not inform us to cancel your reservation, there is no refund option.
2. If you miss the trip’s date and time (no-show), there is no refund option.

Cancellation From Our Side:

1. We may cancel your reservation due to an event outside our control such as bad weather, mechanical failure, Coast Guard restrictions, and new laws, you will be offered alternatives or schedule the trip on another day, and in the event of non-acceptance, a full refund will be given.

Booking Confirmation:

1. The customer receives a detailed email or a WhatsApp message or a phone call to confirm the reservation.
2. In case the product is unavailable due to a malfunction, maintenance, or other reasons. We will offer another product, in case of rejection by the customer, we will refund the total amount back to the customer.

Cancellation Policy On High Demand Days:

1. Canceled bookings on Saturdays and Sundays (days of high demand) based on the customer’s request, there is no refund option.
