Customers may request one complimentary date or time change if the request is made at least 72 hours before the trip, subject to yacht availability.
Reschedule requests made within 72 hours of the trip are subject to availability and approval. If rescheduling is not possible, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
Failure to arrive for the scheduled trip without prior notice will be treated as a No Show.
No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for No Shows or missed trips.
Dubai Boat Charter reserves the right to cancel or postpone a trip due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, Coast Guard restrictions, mechanical issues, government regulations, or safety concerns.
In these cases, customers may choose either a free rescheduled trip, subject to availability, or a full refund if rescheduling is not accepted.
After your booking is confirmed, you will receive confirmation via WhatsApp or email, boarding location and gate details, and captain contact details where applicable.
If the reserved yacht becomes unavailable due to maintenance or operational reasons, we will offer a similar or upgraded yacht. If no suitable alternative is accepted, a full refund will be issued.
Bookings made for weekends, public holidays, special events, or other high-demand dates are non-refundable unless cancelled by Dubai Boat Charter.
